Not quite. He should have added a mid range or floater by now. Takes fewer 3s than when he first got in the league. I just want a floater. That also means he still has great upside.

Almost there, we discussed this particular topic at length, and I believe the consensus is that he needs to come up with at least one more shot in his repertoire. Something along the lines of a 8 to 10 foot jumpshot.
