Looking forward to seeing what Nussmeier can do. There’s no way Daniels is playing in this game. I did see where Nabers said he’ll play, but minds can change when big money is on the line.

I had not heard anything about Daniels not playing, but the way things have been trending the last few years, you are probably right.. and i cant say i blame him.. he needs to be 100% healthy for Saints training camp in July . :winkthumb:

I dont mind as much when it’s an away or neutral site/bowl game.. when it’s a home game in Baton Rouge, it’s simply not LSU football.. when i had season tickets, i would actually boycott those 11am games and stay home.. the LSU experience is to tailgate, get full of food and drink and get slathered all day, then move the party into the stadium at night- or at the very earliest, like 2:30pm … any earlier than that, it’s just not LSU football.. again though, not the same IMO for an away/neutral game .
 
I'm sure Brian Kelly has a lot of supporters and I'm probably in the minority....but I want him gone.....

He wasted a championship level offense this year on a defense led by a DC who is a complete and total moron, despite multiple games of unmitigated failure never made a change.....he doesn't understand how to win big in the SEC.....since the one win against AL last year, the team has been in decline....

I’m inclined to think it was a bad combination of House & a lack of defensive talent for our defensive woes. I don’t think this falls on Kelly.

I can’t stand Kelly but I agree with you.This is on House and his poor schemes and total inability to make an adjustment. There is talent on that defense as well. Let’s face it Perkins and Wingo are two of the more talented players around. Now if he keeps House and we get the same thing next year it’s on Kelly all the way.
 
Coaching is only half the job. Recruiting and portal scouting is just as important. I feel like we haven't done a very good job of that lately. Our lack of talent in the secondary is the worst I've seen in a long time.

OMFG.....how many times have I read this BS.....It's not Mora it's Carl Smith, it's not DA it's PC......Kelly is the head coach, he is responsible for both sides of the ball....full stop....he is also House's boss, he should of shipped him off weeks ago....
