It reminds me of Payton tricking the Bengals with a hard count on 4th and short in 2010 to get us a critical 1st down to seal the game and then wasting probably 40 or 50 timeouts over the ensuing decade trying to get it to work again. I think it might have worked like one more time.

Idk, all I care about are results. Whatever they're doing now is working. I ain't complaining.

I would bet they are national ads. Texas team playing to they hit people from Texas who are watching and, of course, the issues they are pushing are ones that they want to push nationally and in the Presidential election so it works for that too.
