To be fair To DA(gag) the only record our FO cares about is 16-18. He improved his second year. The difference is he was handed the keys to a Ferrari and drove it like it was a Kia. If he improved this 3rd year, guess what, he'll be back for a 4th. It's like we're fine being that middling team for a little while until our cap situation is better and in a position for a full rebuild. I think that's when we will see a regime change, unless next year is a regression, then hopefully we can move on from DA.

Pete will be 73 by the start of next season though and has been there forever, I can see the team wanting to move in a different direction.

since when is coaching for modern day Raiders and winning games a barometer of anything?

the Raiders are a bad org and have been for decades with the exception of the Gruden and Callahan years back in 02

not saying Allen will be great but using the Raiders as an example of bad coaching is using Chris Christie as an example that white men cant jump lol
