I'm placing this here because I don't think it's a political matter according to the stories I read. This is insane and shows how bad the mental health problem has gotten. There are YouTube videos showing the incident that I won't post. Man, you pray for this guy's family, especially considering the story saying his daughter may have witnessed it.
