Free agent TE Mark Campbell told NFL.com's Scott Hanson that he is leaning towards retirement.
Campbell says he'd keep playing if the right situation came along, but that's unlikely to happen. The 33-year-old suffered what was reported to be a severe knee injury last November and doesn't offer anything in the pass game.

Per NFL via Rotoworld.

One Campbell out another in.

I think he should for his own good. It seems like anytime he caught the ball he got hurt.

now the Dan Campbell move makes sense.

Thanks for your time in New Orleans, Mark. You were a key component of the 06 dream season, and your documetary of what the Saints mean to NO after Katrina was outstanding.

Mark was always willing to take a big hit, but consequently was always hurt.
Great player and character.
Good luck man.

:9: Agree 100%. I wish him all the best and hope that he retires.
