From reading the article it seems like the entire locker room is posturing for AP, the front office wants Harbaugh. It's a good, decent attempt to posture by Maxx here, trying to force ownership and FO's hands to keep an interim HC who did a decent enough job salvaging the Raiders after Josh Mcdaniels proved for the second (and last) time he's incapable, inept of properly running an NFL team. But, I don't think ultimately he'll be successful. Mark Davis will probably get either one of Crosby's teammates, or running buddies, or some team executive to talk to him and convince him to give ______ new Raiders HC they hire a chance before he judges him as unfit.
Then again, Davis did allow Gruden to trade away Khalil Mack back in preseason 2018 to Chicago due to a contract dispute, and while Mack had a very good, productive run with Chicago and now, with L.A. Chargers, he didnt exactly morph into Von Miller 2.0 in his time as a Bear.
When exactly did Jim Harbaugh become some scrub, throwaway, retread HC? If anything, he's a major upgrade over what they've had since Gruden got fired for his past, racist e-mails during the 2020 season? From reading the article it seems like the entire locker room is posturing for AP, the front office wants Harbaugh.
It will definitely be interesting
Why would the Raiders commit to any kind of trade with the Saints after the 3 rnd offer, and a wink nod agreement with Carr to give them nothing and sign him anyways?Letting players decide who will be the head coach is definitely the sane way to run an team in the NFL.

Nah man, you screw around and people will not deal with you anymore.
Considering Carr was under contract and the Saints offered a 3, so the Raiders gave him permission to visit, while he interviewed with DA.If dude wants Pierce as his HC what makes you guys think he'll play for Betamax?

Carr and DA agreed they wanted to work together knowing they were never going to give up the 3rd because Carr was sticking it to the Raiders.
If yall think Davis will forget that, you dont know Mark Davis.
