He was the vet QB that Flores reportedly did not want to meet with at the owner's pushing. Just saying but I don't see it happening.

Send him back to the AFC
There is a 0% chance of this deal happening but I wouldn't be mad about having him out of the conference.
Are we sure it’s his last year?I don't think this is true at all. But if this was true, Tampa should consider it. You only getting Tom for one year and after that is rebuild mode for them. Trading him to the Dolphins allow them to get multiple draft picks and set for the future. A few months ago, they were going into rebuild mode anyway without draft picks. Now they are get some freebies.
Exactly.I’m calling BS, the Buccs signed almost everyone back to make another run

Might be true, but building a good team will get give you a chance almost every year. It would help a lot to have a franchise quarterback. But luck play a lot into too. I would much rather have a good team every year than deal with a bad decade after a Super Bowl.It wouldn't be a bad idea for the long term, but I'm a firm believer that if you think you have a good shot at getting to the Super Bowl, you go for it and let the future take care of itself. One Super Bowl win makes up for a lot of hard times as we all learned a few years ago.

Also there’s no guarantee that the draft picks will pan out.Sure but if you think you are just that franchise QB away from a SB, and you have that franchise QB on the roster, you don't trade him away unless you have to. He likely would not get you a huge haul of picks given his age and the fact that they would likely only trade him if the only other option is that he would retire. So, the picks they could get wouldn't set them up as a SB contender anymore than they already are.
Why not? He's won 7 of them, maybe he wants a challenge? That's the big part that doesn't make sense. Why would he want to force a trade to a now loaded AFC? Unless he wants to play the Pats twice this year I can't see a reason he would want to go to the tougher Conference with a more difficult shot at getting to another Super Bowl.
I wouldn’t say Tampa screwed it up. They won a championship in the process.Obviously to most, this ain’t happenin’. However, can you imagine just how giddy we would be if it did? This would be a VASTLY more epic screw up than what Atlanta just pulled off. I think I’d be giggling in my sleep.
