Geezus, how many times do folks have to repeat the nonsense above.....CGM had his record breaking season after signing that huge contract (or being paid or whatever).....really easy to know yet folks continue to post this garbage....

You can criticize him for being a jerk for sure, perhaps for mismanaging his health, but he was a HOF level talent when healthy....

Honestly I really just can’t get over this you simply can’t make this stuff up new coach, new system and where is your starting QB ??

O he is being Rodney Dangerfield with “O my arm” doing car reviews and opening baseball cards on YouTube in Fresno CA.

Because he is mad the Saints redid his deal paying him more money (well more guaranteed) and because he is a 34 soon to be 35 year old QB and the team is smartly looking to grab a future QB.

Carr was the worst decision this organization has ever made.

In his short time here ( feels like a decade ) Carr has

1. Alienated Saints legend Michael Thomas from the organization forcing them to chose a side which probably ended his career early being labeled a lockeroom problem is the kiss of death. Thomas didn’t deserve that after playing hurt for Drew and this organization.

2. Routinely offered Chris Olaves soul to the gods in front of millions.

3. Destroyed any lingering lockeroom chemistry left from the Payton Era.

4. Kept us out of both the post season and position to draft his replacement.

5. Thrust us into perpetual cap hell.

And now he might be faking an injury ?

“Chopper style” was a song released locally in ~2002 and revived during the 2018 season by Teddy Bridgewater, who is impossible to dislike, then was later re-performed with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra

You can think it’s “stupid” all you want but it’s indisputably part of what makes New Orleans a one-of-a-kind culture, and lots of people don’t see it the same way as you, so maybe leave it out of the critiques of who someone else is as a person?

I don’t think anyone said he was wrong about Carr at the time. What we said is he was lockerroom distraction and bad teammate for airing his grievances publicly. Its something you should handle internally man to man.
