Difference between him and Lattimore is he actually plays every week. So he’s allowed to have one down game because he’s available every single other one.

Maybe it's because I usually only watch the Bucs when the Saints play them and Lattimore owns him, but I have never been that impressed with Evans to see him as a 1st ballot HOF'er. He's a good WR, but I don't see him as one of the top few guys in his era. I can see him in if he has a few more great years, but I don't see him as a transcendent player in an era where every team seems to have a receiver in his range of talent.
