Looking for a 12-14 tire sized mini E-bike to scoot around the neighborhood in.
Anybody have one they'd recommend?
They range between $250-$400 bucks but I hear the best type is a 400- 500 watt peak motor.
No stand up scooters for this guy, I need a seat.
I already have a mountain bike so I'm just looking for something that's fun and rolls between 15-18 mph. I live in Delaware so it's pretty much flat wherever you go.
