It’s not even that they should be reviewable. There should be no reviews. This ain’t 1985. We have driverless cars and my phone can tell me where I am to within an inch. This is a multi gazillion dollar business with a thousand cameras covering the field and hundreds of trained eyes watching every play that have instant communication to officials on the field. They could put positioning chips in the ball that get picked up by sensors on field to make spots. They can get every call right…. If they wanted to. They don’t.
