I thought that Bo Nix’s ascent before the draft and Sean Payton choice in taking him was bound to be a bad choice.

If Moore is the choice, and he decides a late riser is the move at QB, then so be it.

Talent is talent no matter the round you get him in. Nix could of been a second or third round pick but Payton wanted to make sure he got him early and then had the rest of the draft to address other positions

If Moore takes Dart or any other player at 9 it's because that's who we targeted and it should not matter where the player was "projected" to go, because it's about building the roster not winning the mock draft.

Most predictions have Dart as late first round or early second round. If thats the case and Saints plan to get rid of Carr, then they should move back 10-15 spots, pick up Dart and get a 2nd and 3rd round pick for moving back. They could then have 5/100 picks in the draft.

9 for 12 and 76 and a 4th or something in 2026 works well.

I didn't think that Nix was not a 1st rd talent, I just didn't think that he was a SP kind of QB. He was a bit erratic in his career
