I don’t think Underhill would be saying he was arrested if he wasn’t. But, there seems to be a chance he was never booked, so who knows. People that originally broke the news before anyone said he was released over 8 hours ago.

Underhill might simply have not known exactly what happened in the moment. I don’t believe Underhill had spoken to Kenner PD for confirmation when he first reported on the incident.

This was long after he first reported. This was just 4 hours ago that Nick released the video saying he was arrested. No way he does that without at least knowing he was arrested. Again, maybe not booked.

Honestly just depends. If they want to be a jerk they can hold him till Monday. He can’t be bonded out until he gets in front of a judge, technically that can be held off on till Monday. That’s why they say never go to jail on a Friday haha. I would think Kenner would be able to process on the weekend, depends on staffing as well.
