GREER VISITING BUCCANEERS

Per PFT:

Buffalo Bills free agent cornerback Jabari Greer is visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today, according to Adam Caplan of Scout.com.
Greer visited the Detroit Lions over the weekend, but didn’t agree to terms.
Per Caplan, Greer is drawing interest from multiple teams and is in the process of setting up other visits for this week.
According to NFL.com, Greer recorded 38 tackles last season with two interceptions and one forced fumble.
The 27-year-old former University of Tennessee player has started 23 games over the past two seasons, registering a total of four interceptions.

Is the GM for Bucs looking at saintsreport for his scouting? It seems like whenever we start a thread that someone likes a guy or that he could really help us in a position of need the next thread is that the Bucs are looking at him.

They will sign him for a 6 year 49 million dollar contract with 22 gauranteed.

enough with the stupid bumps

That is your answer to my question? Thanks for the help. :jpshakehead:

Again: what was the end of the story with Greer and Tampa? Anybody know?

According to the recent ESPN article actively being discussed on here:

Greer ... drew a lot of interest on the market (Tampa Bay also was very much in the running for Greer)

the New Orleans Saints might be having the best offseason of any NFC South team. A back-handed compliment? Maybe so, since Carolina and Atlanta have done virtually nothing and Tampa Bay might have taken a couple of steps back.

Dude, I hope you're not serious. If you are, welcome to last week. The Saints signed Greer to a 4-year deal.

Yes, genius, everybody knows the Saints got Greer and Tampa didn't. My question is if anybody knows the particulars about how that went down like that. Get it?
