N/S Falcons owner is losing his patience (2 Viewers)

I never said we didn't. What else would efil4stnias mean by "actually we don't" ? The tie-breaker was my guess of what he was getting at.

Sometimes it'd be great if people didn't have to get all cute and technical about every little thing. They are 2-3. We are 2-3. That's called the same record.

We had "the same record" as the Carolina Panthers last season. They had a tiebreaker advantage sure, but that doesn't change the fact that we had "the same record".

My point for even bringing it up is simple: before we can go labeling Atlanta a "dumpster fire" or whatever other silly terms I've heard lately, we need to get our own house in order.

I think he was joking about it in his own way. Not a big deal.

True but I don't recall Mr. Benson running to the media about Loomis/Payton job security or the other way around. Clearly the ATL media has turned on Thomas and Mike. Just a year or two ago they were untouchable and now they want them out and Arthur maybe agreeing. Loomis and Payton are good as gold here I'm not worried about them. Look at the Giants superbowl run a couple of years ago. I feel we got off to a slow start but are on the way up . ATL on the way down.

I guess I worry as much about the Falcons's issues as much as you "worry" about Loomis and Payton :mwink: .

I don't worry about them at all. Like I said I feel they are doing a good job(Loomis/Payton). Read the gameday forum and you think it is the end of the world. Well it is worse at other places. At least we are not the Falcons.

Oh nevermind I see you are one of the negative ones.

I'm not sure what Blank is talking about... Mike Smith is the best coach the Falcons ever had...

He belongs in Atlanta forever. :9:

last year ron rivera was supposedly close to getting fired before carolina turned it around. You seem to be getting testy because im not jumping on your "falcons are headed downhill" bandwagon, and u suggest im negative. Im not being negative, and im not writing the falcons (OR the saints for that matter) off after 5 games.

I hope the Failcons keep Smith for a long long time. Saints have had a good deal of success since he has been head coach.

They have a terrible GM. If they even do good this year, he should go, but Falcon fans have been calling for his head to years.
