There is an app called "Mark The Spot" which is a free app created by AT&T. It reports to them outages for the iPhone. You can report various types of outages and frequency. I was hoping if enough of us list the superdome that AT&T might fix the issues some have been having. You can use your fingers to move the red X to the Dome and report the outage.
