N/S Is it okay to pull for an Bucs player? (1 Viewer)

I'm pretty player-centric. If I like a player, I will root for him, not necessarily his team. Some examples are Pierre, Reggie, Tim, and a few of my favorite college players who went to the Giants, Chiefs, Cardinals, Bengals, etc.

Still, I like what crosswatt said. I'm a vicious Saints fan, and totally understand. But, people before organizations.

Odell Beckham Jr., Kelvin Sheppard, Brad Wing, Spencer Ware, Louis Lamar, Tyrann Mathieu, Kevin Minter, Patrick Peterson, Jeremy Hill, Brandon LaFell, Andrew Whitworth, James Wright? Those are mine...I'm an unapologetic LSU homer and will always pull for Tigers in the NFL, just not against the Saints.

Speaking of players on other teams/favorite college players in the league, anyone know what the deal is with Ego Ferguson? He really looked the part his last year at LSU, got drafted in the second round by the Bears, and got released last month after never making it into a regular season game. Did he pull the "got paid, good enough" or has he been injured and unable to get healthy? I did a search but couldn't really find anything past him getting drafted.

As a life long Alabama fan, OJ Howard has been one of my favorite players the past three years. He is now my mortal enemy. I hope every time he touches the ball, he gets lit up like a Christmas tree. Nick Fairly, Auburn player, now come Sunday, I root for him like my momma birthed him. Rueben Foster, I dreamed the Saints would get him. I despise the 49ers more than any team. I wish him a good career but when we play them, I hope he gets knocked out. Saints first, last and always

At least have the decency to ask , "for a friend..."
