This a case of a player that had everything going for him and all he had to do is shut up. That's it. When Junior wakes up in the morning and looks in the mirror that guy he sees is the one who costed him everything. Nobody else, blame that guy in the mirror.

Essentially he is suing for violations of the 1st and 4th Amendments. He claims that the Commanders racially discriminated against him and (if I understand correctly) when he spoke out against said discrimination other teams spoke highly of his abilities but failed to sign him.

He is suing for $300M.

The reason that he does not name the Saints in this is probably because it all happened after his time here. He does quote several current and past Saints players/coaches.

He really should have had someone edit his grammer for him before filing.

Just for reference: private actors can’t violate constitutional rights so those claims are not viable.

I think he has other claims as well.
