Need explanation to this play from Super Bowl LIX. (10 Viewers)

The fumble happened prior to the roughing the passer. Brady discussed it with the rules analyst Mike Pereira. Mike said it was not roughing because he no longer possessed the ball.
Oh ok. I didn't hear the explanation being in a noisy bar. The roughing penalty was not called. But if it did I was wondering about that. I really thought it would go back to the offense.
 
According to the box score, the penalty was unsportsmanlike conduct on 93, which is a dead ball foul. They didn’t call roughing the passer.
Exactly, there was no roughing the passes penalty called. #93 got the penalty for dunking the ball over the goal post.
