Never thought I’d see the day where the Cardinals, Lions, Commanders, and Falcons are your NFC division leaders at midseason (1 Viewer)

They all seem like mid season champ candidates to me. Definitely won't be the way it looks after week 18.

This is obvious because of our cap situation but it is what separates you from a lot of the other bottom dwellers. Since Benson took over and by extension today Ms. B he has always spent money be it on moving us from a trailer park on David Drive to todays first rate digs on Airline Highway and the Benson’s will spend as much as they can to field a team. The Bengals, Cardinals the Lions have notoriously frugal owners. The Browns, Raiders, Titans and until recently Commanders all have ownership groups that think they know how to run a football team better than the football people they hire to run a football team.

Fortunately, the Saints have none of that here Ms. B will spend whatever and stay out of the way, so rebuilding can happen quicker here without roadblocks in the way.

I mean seriously there was a player survey that gave our cafeteria a failing grade so what do we do? We rip the whole thing out and build and design a new one. I have faith ownership here will do what needs to be done.

Lions arent surprising. Washington is earning their way. Falcons and cardinals are leading by default.

On a side note, I cant help but compare Cousins and Carr and I guess Baker. Theyre all similar but came into three different situations and the results are as expected all things considered.
Cousins is way better than those two. His problem is he can't win prime time games or playoff games unless it is against N.O
