While I'd welcome it, it's likely not going to happen. The NHL just expanded into Seattle and Las Vegas recently. Quite honestly, too, they still owe Quebec a team back.

I enjoyed the Brass for what little time they spend before the Hornets moved to town. The one game I was able to make was the week of the Saints game versus the Rams in the first round of the playoffs in 2000 (when Hakim dropped the ball). The honor of dropping the first puck belonged to none other than QB Jeff Blake, who did so while still on crutches, poor fella.

No, the commissioner and the NHL very much want to expand. Houston is also a possible target, as well as, bizarrely, Atlanta. As if failing in Atlanta twice already wasn't enough...
