The Mercedes-Benz Superdome is renowned for providing the New Orleans Saints one of the best home-field advantage atmospheres in the NFL. The Superdome’s ‘dome-field advantage’ is credited for adding an extra boost in helping the team to four straight NFC South divisional championships. The pandemic will restrict attendance for the Saints’ upcoming playoff game against the Chicago Bears but it is confirmed: the Superdome will be expanding and adding suites at the field level for the 2021 NFL season.
