NFL Referees Association head optimistic about labor talks

The labor contract between the NFL and its game officials is scheduled to expire at the end of May, but NFL Referees Association executive director Tim Millis is optimistic the sides will reach a new deal before then.
"We'll continue until we get it done," Millis told The Washington Post. "Contrary to what I've read in some places, we are not at an impasse. Sometimes it takes shorter. Sometimes it takes longer. It's part of the process."

Maybe Ed Hochuli is finally gettin his raise.:idunno:
 
Part of their agreement needs to include better oversight/accountability for poor officiating. Fines and suspensions for missed flagrant fines. Penalties for fines that were called that simply didn't happen.

Also, I'd like to see a Hochuli free league.
