One of the biggest moves the New Orleans Saints made this offseason was bringing in tight end Jared Cook.
Ever since Jimmy Graham left after the 2014 season, they’ve gotten very little production out of tight ends. That doesn’t mean they haven’t tried as much as things just haven’t worked out, like with the huge contract they gave Coby Fleener.
The Saints are hoping Cook works out much better, and head coach Sean Payton seems to be optimistic that he will. Cook had a breakout season last year with the Raiders, but speaking to the media recently Payton said it was apparent even before then what type of player he was. ...
