Idk, I thought the defender jumped straight up and down. I mean, it was a close call. I've seen a lot worse not called.

College doesn't do "half the distance to the goal line" for penalties?

Ball was at the 24 and the FIFTEEN Yard Penalty was taken to the 9 yard line.

If they do half the distance, it should have been taken to the 12 yard line.

I was wondering that as well. That seemed to be marked off incorrectly.
