Watching this team the past 2 weeks, you can’t tell me Allen wasn’t holding this team back with his conservative approach. This team looks completely different, Kubiak is calling plays better (I mean a QB run with Carr!), defense is actually hustling and tackling again. So glad Gale stepped up and made the change.
