I remember the Raiders got called for defensive holding on a FG against the Chiefs a couple years ago and the Chiefs ended up scoring a TD because of the automatic first down, So it's not unheard of.

The fact that the only time anyone can remember defensive holding on a FG was when the penalty was called to assist the Mahomes-Kelce-TayTay-KC Chiefs does not dispel the cloud of suspicion about the reffing.
