OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - Saints @ Carolina - 11/3/24 (2 Viewers)

It’s the first week of November and I am now rooting for the Titans to hold on to a win so we get better draft position. Truly sad.
Why? Who is out there that you think would help us? And, what do you think this coaching staff could do with them?

Some of you predicted this team would be no better than 7-9 this year with all the talent it has. I didn’t believe you. Now I do. You guys had a feeling DA would squander that talent, even with Kubiak on board. You were right.

I don’t want to let the defense not take their share of blame. Those penalties and missed tackles on the last Panthers drive moved them right down the field. That has been a recurring problem, play decent and then totally fold at end of game.
Yeah, but the defense got the take away that the offense should have gone down the field and at least gotten a FG. But no, two straight offensive holding penalties blew the chance. So I can’t blame the defense. It provided the offense three opportunities after the Panthers took the lead.

Gayle "B"enson, it's time to make a change please. Not sure if you've been watching, but your coaches are making stupid play calls and are responsible for 7 losses in a row. Thank you.

Panthers took lead with just over two minutes remaining, offense didn’t have three opportunities. Not by any means letting offense off hook, they should be able to move the ball for game winning FG, that’s what GOOD teams do.

I don't care what you guys say those penalties are mostly BS! You don't call horse collar and you don't call hip drop tackle earlier in the game but you call holdings nonstop..we're already thin and struggling but the BS that gets called every week is horsesh*t!
Yea I feel we were cheated. To win in this game you have to blow out teams and the refs. We’re not close to blowing teams out.
Dude. You have to know that the Head Coach approves a 4th down play cal with the game, season, and maybe his job on the line.

And. I have seen Carr make this same throw a half dozen times on 3rd and 4th. It’s called giving up on a play.
they were playing for a back shoudler penalty thinking the refs owed them after screwing them the drive before. Not.

I stand corrected. Two of the three opportunities were before the Panthers took the lead. The Saints had two chances to go up by at least 8 points. Then the chance to win it with just over 2 minutes left in the game.

I KNEW as soon as the announcer said, "Bryce Young hasn't had any 4th quarter comebacks in his NFL career" that we were gonna lose this game. When will we learn? This is a cursed franchise. They are losers through and through. Loser DNA runs deep within. If there is a wrong side of a probability busting event to be on, the Saints WILL be on it. We are a dumb team, that makes dumb mistakes, with a loser coach, and with players that are always injured/concussed.

Someone needs to sacrifice a chicken, lamb, goat, chupacabre or something and get the bad juju off of this organization. Pathetic.
Don't sacrifice a penguin, pretty please?!

Detroit player Branch #32 was just flagged and ejected for a hIt to the head. The Olave hit to the head a few weeks back was worse and didn't even get a flag!!! What kind of bs is this NFL?? How is it the Saints can attract bs flags, but never get the flag called in their favor when it's deserved? Terrible NFL, terrible!

DA losing to a 1 and 7 team.
It's the best thing that could have happened to this franchise. It got the ball rolling on a new regime.
Nothing worthwhile is easy. But Step One is better than Step None. :9:

This is what I said to my brother this morning before the game. DA needed to go and it wouldn't surprise me if we beat thy Falcons.
