We already had one of the better ones, though with definite issues there. This will certainly help.

That's funny because according to some people our o line was complete trash and cost us every game we lost. I really hope he pans out. I might not like certain picks,but i never hope they fail. If he fails we fail. I hope he is a beast. This could make a big different. I wouldn't mind trading up in the second for a receiver.

Just remember that people are always outraged at our draft picks until they see them on the field, and then our front office is praised as geniuses.

Its because people dont understand the draft. You dont fix through the draft, you build through the draft. When you build for years to come, positional needs for the upcoming season are irrelevant.

The only quarterback this draft that seems to be a sure thing is Burrow. Other guys seem to have way too many question mark.

Yeah and Burrow is in Cincinnati, where Herbert is in San Diego. Love the chargers or hate them, they know how to put together an offense for a QB to have some numbers. Also, having paid attention to Oregon sports, my strong feeling is Herberts lack of quality WRs played more with his inaccuracies than his actual throwing.
