I’ve only casually followed things lately. I was aware of the overall Bloodline story with Rock getting involved. And I saw the “Mama Rhodes bus beatdown” last year.

As I was watching that back then, I thought some of the positioning and camera angles were interesting, hinting maybe at Cena or SCSA coming back to help Cody against the Bloodline. Looking back now and rewatching it again, I think they were foreshadowing last night’s Cena turn.

Around the 3 minute mark, there’s this carefully angled shot, ensuring a tight view of Rock and Cody but also that Cena takes up half the shot.



And then at the end, it’s the Rock talking to the camera, again, Cena very visible.



Last night was a payoff a long time in the making.

Two things...

1. Bianca is definitely public enemy #1. Jade is about to fork the women's division up to get to her.
2. That video was directed by Ricky Starks. That dude has a future in the production room when he decides to hang up the boots.

This was perfectly done, but leave it to Dwayne to fork things up afterwards...

Great move to have him say nothing. Now everyone is super jazzed to hear an explanation from him on Raw.

Cena either needs to bring this theme back or come up with a new theme

I'm guessing we hear a new theme from him. This was a huge heel turn and I think that Cena would want to come up with something new and more applicable for this character in time.

I'm fairly positive that the whip didn't hit her in the stomach because she had that welt on her stomach before that major whip that hit her in the back left side of her back. I'm also sure that Cole or one of them mentioned her stomach and it was before that moment. This video doesn't show her stomach, but it shows where the hit landed.
