I tried to figure out what this thread would be about without clicking.

I concluded the 'hee-hee' must be the lesser-used female counterpart to the 'wee-wee'

Well I guessed wrong. Thought this thread was going to be about how people indicate laughter, kind of like how dogs bark different or the sounds cats make in different languages.
