Penisini (1 Viewer)

Well fellas, on a more serious note, here's a little information about John pronounced (pen-is-ini) Penisini. I went and watched a few games and short clips of him when he was at Utah and played for the Lions. He's for sure a pure NT.

The Positives:
You can play him in a one or two gap system. He as the girth and anchor to clog the middle as a run-stopper. Penisini can twitch and club off the snap for occasional early wins or punch. He is wide through the hips and legs. He's like running into a mailbox for single blockers. Penisini has massive violent hands and quality upper-body strength and above average arm length.

The Negatives:
He gets beat up by lesser competition at times. He has early balance problems when he doesn't adjust his base, causing him to get completely wash out of the play. He's slow at times to activate and slide laterally and his shed timing can be a tick slow. He doesn't have any rush counter to work towards.

My Final Thoughts:
Penisini Will find the going much tougher going against bigger, stronger O-Linemen. He has good upper-body strength, but needs to work on his lower-body strength so as to have better balance and anchor and not not get washed out of plays. For now he is a weak backup and rotational player. The P.S. is a good place for him until he develops more and can strengthen his lower body.
