Not surprised by this at all, Rivers just didn't seem to have it for the Chargers this whole season. He had a lot of Interceptions where the ball just had no chance of getting to his receiver.
A lot of people are saying Tampa could be a likely destination.. I don't really see it as Arians runs a vertical passing scheme based on a lot of down field throws and Rivers' just doesn't have that kind of Arm anymore at this stage of his career. Unless Arians wants a 1-2 year veteran stop gap while he develops a guy..
Indy could be a possibility as Frank Reich was the Chargers former QB coach and OC from 2013 - 2015. Him and Phil are real close.
