I have been calling 504-731-1700 but not getting an answer. Anyone know any other number to call? My playoff tickets have not come in and trying to see what's up.

I have had to call a couple times since the playoff tickets went out and I just had to let it ring forever and sometimes had to try multiple times before I got them.

If you are local, i suggest a ride to the ticket office in the Shrine on Airline....if outta state, ROAD TRIP!

I'm in Baton Rouge, but I can't make it down there during the week. Me and my brother are freaking out right now. The card was charged for the tickets but we have not received them and not being able to talk to anyone is frustrating.

They may end up placing them in Will-Call for you to pick up on Saturday right before the game. Keep trying to call, though.
