Apologies for quoting my own post, just wanted to give y’all a heads up that Netflix released the new season of Comedians in Cars today.. I’ve been bingeing it, well if you call watching two episodes bingeing.. So far I’ve seen the Eddie Murphy one and the Jamie Foxx one.. the Eddie Murphy one is good; he doesnt really bring the funny, he’s a lot more subdued tha you might expect- but the insights into the beginnings of he and Jerry’s careers make it worth a watch .. The Jamie Foxx ep is great, also it’s the first ep to be filmed in NOLA, so it’s fun to pick out the locales.

Is that the Pete Holmes show? Didn’t realize it was on Netflix, i’ll check it out, thanks.
I started watching it on Showtime a few months ago, i really, really liked it but after a few episodes, the show was cancelled, or just stopped producing new episodes, and that was it.. was kind of a bummer since i rarely get into newer tv shows.
I’ll have to start from the first season on Netflix.

Last Kingdom - If you like Vikings, you'll LOVE this show. It's amazing. Thank me later. 3 seasons.
Marco Polo - Wish we coulda gotten more than 2 seasons, but it was really well done.
The OA - 1st episode or 2, you're like what the hell am I watching. By the 4th, you're a crackhead jonesing for another fix. 2 seasons so far.
Altered Carbon - 2nd Season supposed to come out in the fall. Good Futuristic drama.
Umbrella Academy - Only 1 season so far, but really cool Anti-Hero Superheroes show.
Doom Patrol (DC Channel) - Really well done. Another Anti-hero Superhero group series. Only one season so far.
The Society - Kind of a teenish guilty pleasure, but since it was done on Netflix, it gets away with a little more. Think Lord Of the Flies, with girls, Highschool, 2019.
Deep State (Not sure what network)- Good enough to binge if you have nothing else.
Lucifer - Already mentioned, had to give nod of approval. Though the latest season that premiered on Netflix was really disappointing. Was expecting them to do more.
Warrior - Really cool Kung Fu series set in San Francisco at the turn of the 20th Century.
On Cable:
Deadly Class (SYFY)
Krypton (SYFY)
Killjoys (SYFY)
The Magicians (SYFY)
Lethal Weapon (FOX) - Believe this got cancelled, but was really good.
The Good Doctor (ABC) - UNBELIEVABLY WELL DONE!!
A Discovery of Witches (AMC) - Really cool show.
Currently Watching:
Swamp Thing - Really well done. Doesn't paint south LA in the best light, so if that bothers you, don't watch.
All-Time Favorite Cable Series:
1. The Shield: And nothing else really comes close.
2. Justified
3. Supernatural: This is still running. Like the 14th season.
I have so many others, but if you like some of these on the list we can start a new thread or something. Do yourself a favor and watch some of these. You won't regret it.

Weird that it has the same title as the show i was thinking of, which just went off the air this year.
