Pick #14 (1 Viewer)

What if we passed on Bowers but drafted Brian Thomas Jr?

No... Bowers is the best overall player in the draft IMO.... passing on him at 14 (when he's a top 5 player) is criminal. IMO it's like passing on a guy you know will be a clone of Kelce.

Best Player Available

We all assume 6 QB will be taken before us; which leaves a good prospect at #14.

I would say DE and OT are more important; if one of the top players at those position is available you have to consider it.

Jared Verse would be my dream choice at #14

Just want to say that this "we have to draft a certain position" mindset is what has gotten us picks like Penning, Davenport, and Turner recently... You draft the best player on your board - If the best player on your board is a few picks ahead of where you are and you don't want to lose him... trade up to get him... that's how you build a championship team.

Not only do I think you better not pass on him at 14... I think if he makes it out of the top 10, you have to seriously consider trading up for him.

That's means Bowers, Verse, maybe Latu or a stud OT, which is the draft's deepest position for instant impact

I have Bowers as a top 5 player... So he gets all kinds of priority IMO. The draft is deep at OT, and weak at DE... So if you can't get (at 14) or trade up for Bowers, I am good with a guy like Verse at 14... then getting an OT later.

I agree completely but do you think everyone is going to be happy if the best player on the board is Quinyon Mitchell or Terrion Arnold?
