We don't have an every down back on this team, but I'd much rather have 3 capable backs than just one clear cut number one and two scrubs. depth at the RB position is huge and i like the fact that all three guys have their own unique set of skills.

exactly. it's not a bad thing either..even Adrian Peterson isn't an every down back.

Pierre seems to be saying the brace is precautionary. Maybe he can take it off for the Bills game.

As much as I'd like to see another threat on the field for us, I am a little worried that he may be rushing back because of Bell's success. I hope this isnt the case. If he needs it, I would hope they would rest him this week so he can be full strength the rest of the season. As much as I want the Saints to win this game it isnt worth losing PT for an extended period.
