No. That would only be if they used the EQB3 designation on one of them then it would be obvious who was the #2 behind the starter.

The Saints won't be doing that because the rules state that if a team has 4 "Bona Fide" QBs on the 53-man roster they can't name one of them as the EQB3.

The Saints now have 4 "Bona Fide" QBs on the 53-man roster. Carr, Haener, Rattler, and Hill.

More than likely the Saints gameday roster will include Carr, Hill, and either Haener or Rattler.

Either Haener or Rattler will be deemed inactive. That will be the tell on who the staff deems the QB2 is. That could change from week to week.
