What about Zach Stief? I've never heard his name mentioned, but he's been in this system and the dude is smart.

ZS is doing well for a 1st yr Oline coach but I'm not so sure about his play-designing or play-calling abilities

The 1st thing to remember in a OC candidate is that DC is going to be here next yr and probably the yr after. So if we are unfortunate to keep DA in 24 I think the best candidate is Bill Musgrave, He's worked with DC in the past and he had very productive yrs ( maybe his best ) under Musgrave. Musgrave is a senior ast in Cleveland and could take the OC job as a promotion
