As I said. If he gets the guys back playing with desire, starts being aggressive and having fun again I’ll be happy. Tell Kubiak he wants to go all out. Get the young guys involved and make mistakes being aggressive and growing. I’m all for this. I understand there are lots of guys out. But I also don’t for a second think the team is as bad as they have shown these last few weeks. I saw guys who didn’t believe, didn’t care, didn’t perform to a level they have in the past. And football especially is a game of emotion. If you’re down you won’t win. If you’re up and excited wanting to lay it out it makes a lot of difference. And I’m sure that as the anonymous player had said message taken. You want to see which players want to be there. Who wants to play. If they don’t they will have a new address in the offseason

3G was a head coach. I went to one of his training camp practices when he coached the Bills and honestly thought it was pretty chaotic (like Gregg). Especially when I compare it to going to one of Sean McDermott's camps where it seems like a well oiled machine.

Bills camp is a couple of miles from my house.
