It's just high-angle footage that shows all 22 players (11 offense vs 11 defense) in the same frame so all assignments can be seen together in real time. What is all 22?…thanks
You get the Coaches Film (all-22) via NFL Sunday Ticket (link). What is all 22?…thanks

You also get high-up end zone angles to better see individual blocking assignments. This image doesn't show all 22 players at once, but you get the gist:
I watch blocking on the broadcast. I certainly have gotten better at it over the years. Now I catch a lot of the block in the backs, holds, etc. Also watch the pressure and QBs feet a lot more than I used to.Easiest method is to see it in the All 22. I'll notice it at times during the live broadcast/game, but like most people I end up following the ball more often than not.
In the All 22, I like to look at busted plays as well as big plays to see what went into them, and blocking tends to be a constant theme in both. When watching more ordinary plays (ex. 4yd run on 1st and 10), I'll usually only notice blocking if (a) it's particularly good or bad or (b) I'm watching a specific player to get a better sense of how they perform.
Also, like others have said, there are good breakdowns available from various sources and from SR posters that highlight the good/bad on the field.
