1. Don't Matter who's QB if Andrus Peat is gonna get owned like this. :cautious:

2. I appreciated Jameis's maturity. 1st Read was open , but for marginal gain. 2nd Read appears to be open but LB'er is Spying. 4th Read is Doubled , 3rd had a small window , Jameis hit him on the dime. I love the thought process. Shows maturity , experience , situational awareness , and the confidence to pull the trigger when something pops open. Masterclass.

3. OLine got handled. I actually thought it was a screen , Taysoms magic shined through on this play. 3rd Down , OLine getting taken to the cleaners , Off the backfoot across the body , 1st down. His anticipation is beautiful.

4. Ian book severely underthrew this ball. This is what underthrown looks like.

5. Jameis INT was not " Underthrown ". Hits Hump right in the wiener beaters. This is NOT underthrown. Hump catches this ball , we have it on the 22 , with 2 timeouts left , 53 seconds on the clock. We surely score again , quite possibly get 7. If Jameis completes this ball and we get another TD there , Hard not to say he isn't in command of the Job.

6. Taysom throws with great anticipation. Anticipation requires communication. Miscommunication on anticipatory throws usually results in picks. Another con to anticipatory throws is Elite DB's can almost sense them at times.

7. Winston doesn't do Anticipation. Probably because he's thrown a great deal of his picks trying to predict what a guy is going to do ( In Tampa receivers had the option to change their route depending on coverage ) He's not doing that here. He's hitting guys right where they are which requires a rifle of an arm and accuracy. He's blessed with both.

8. Tony Jones Jr has the supreme gift of Vision and the speed to make use of it. He cuts this back for huge gain.

9. Tony Jones Jr also knows when to hit a hole. You cant even see him in this one. The hole is so small and doesn't stay open for long. A second later his sprinting downfield for another huge gain.

While Winston's pass to Humphrey (in Pic #5) did hit his hands, it wasn't the best timing. It was a pass that was thrown too late and allowed the defenders to get involved in the play. Mike Hoss even called out early in the route that Humphrey was "wide open", and it was easy to see that he had gotten past the defender by about three steps. Had Jameis released the ball 2 seconds earlier, no defender would have had a chance to make a play on the ball.

All in all I thought all three of our QBs made some great throws. But as we all know timing is everything, and it is so important for QBs & receivers to always be on the same page to avoid missed opportunities or worse.
