NFL Nex Gen Stats through Week 1 (except for the 49ers/Jets game tonight) are in and they show Rashid Shaheed as the only player having 3 of the top 20 fastest timed plays.
Only one player, Alex Pierce WR/Indy, had 2 of the fasted timed plays in the top 20.
No other players had more than one in the top 20.
Shaheed posted the following:
Next Generation Stats - Fastest Ball Carriers
#7 - 20.52 MPH on his 47-yard Punt Return.
#11 - 20.25 MPH on his 59-yard TD Reception.
#12 - 20.13 MPH on his 33-yard Kickoff Return.

There's no doubt Rashid Shaheed is fast. He may not be the fastest in the league and he may not have the fastest 40-yard dash time while wearing underwear, but he consistently runs about as fast as anybody in the league in full uniform.
