Technically he doesnt have a criminal history...as that is the definition of the word "expunge".

As far as I know he only had 1 criminal incident, although it is a very series incident. But it is important to note that his wife refusing to testify changed the way the legal system handled the case.

Rice was ordered to complete a counseling program that as far as I can tell was effective.
