Looks like we lost
Counterpoint: Packers have Adams, Lazard and a couple other WRs better than anyone we have and he won’t get as many targets. It’s a risk for OBJ to play here with the the current state of the QB position. He’s trying to revive his career and our QB’s don’t look like the best path to take.
Packers don’t have a competitive offer. Massey sounds like he wants the Packers to find a way to get a competitive offer, but they don’t have one. They don’t have serious interest, they’re a preferred destination by the player.
Not sure how right Massey is. He said Patriots were putting a full court press for OBJ, but their interest is on an exploratory level.
I don’t see how OBJ’s catches and yards will look any better than Cobb’s and Lazard’s in Green Bay’s offense. He could get around handful of TDs in 8 games there, but GB’s target distribution probably kills his chance at a lucrative contract in the offseason since it’s decided by receptions and yards. He’d share targets with 2 other WRs and will be offered a complimentary receiver contract because of that.Counterpoint: Packers have Adams, Lazard and a couple other WRs better than anyone we have and he won’t get as many targets.
Same goes for Seattle.

I’m starting to think the media overhyped, borderline guessed that they’re his #1 destination simply because Rodgers is the QB
