With the Saints victory over the Titans this past week they now have a home record of 217 Wins, 217 Losses, and 1 Tie.

This is the 1st time in franchise history that the Saints have had a home record of .500 or higher.

As much as the Gilliam kick return fools us to believe we won that game - the Rams actually won it handily. 27-13.

The Saints lost their very first game which was played at home in Tulane stadium on September 17th, 1967 against the Los Angeles Rams 27-13. John Gilliam returned the opening kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown.

The Saints 1st year record was 3-11. Their road record was 1-6 and their home record was 2-5.

Ha, I guess the official site figures it's been long enough that they can just claim it as a victory.. but it seems that we did indeed lose that game.

The Saints have an opportunity on their next home game in week 5 against the Buccaneers to go over .500 in all-time games at home. It would be the 1st time in Saints franchise history that they had an all-time home winning record.
