We are also bringing in edge rushers to work out. That's always a tell-tale sign someone is going to be out. Sigh.

Yep. I saw that immediately on that play and gasped...but then he didn't need help getting off the field or anything afterwards so...Maybe just something "tweaked"? I don't know. I just know if it was "major major" its highly unlikely that he walked off the field afterwards (which he did without help)

Usually, if it's a major injury, even Payton can't hide it from the media even as hard as he tries.

I'm hoping it's a week to week injury too, or worst case scenario, he's out until the playoffs. But I feel if it were a season ender, Schefter or Ian or Glazer would have been on it by now.

I doubt he'd have gone back in or walked off under his own steam if he tore his achilles. Unless this was a later injury than when he got hurt and came back in of course. Idk what point this exactly happened (in the video).
