What is an honorable way? Getting fired? There is only 2 ways to go. Losing and you get fired or on top and get accused of quitting....at least on this board.

Honorable as to actually say that he has taken our franchise as far as he could, while also admitting that he would like to move on to other options. A team and a coach could agree to mutually part ways. There are no rules against that.
