no, the coaches here came here to build something. we arent even as good as the staff wants us to be they will be here to help build the dynasty.

That is a sign that you have a good coaching staff when another team wants you. It is tough holding on to your coaches when you are winning. Sometimes it you can go on without a hitch. I just hope the guys would like to see this team succeed to the ultimate game before moving on.

Gibbs should get some serious looks for doing what he has....I read an article a week or so ago out of Dallas that was critical of the Cowboys letting Gibbs go. I think there was a totally different tone coming out of Dallas about Gibbs before the season started...but thats what wins will do for you.
